• Lawn fertilization and weed control
• Snow removal (seasonal)
• Landscape consultation

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept e-transfer, cheque, cash, and major credit cards.

4. Warranty

TerraFirma Lawn & Garden guarantees that all services are performed in a professional manner, following industry best practices. We strive for customer satisfaction with every project. We do not warrant against damage to property caused by unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service.

5. Limitation of Liability

TerraFirma Lawn & Garden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

7. Changes to Terms
